Who we are

Sticky is an app from MANEO HOUSE. You can contact us about privacy at support@maneo.house.

Photos, text, and stickers

You choose which photo to use through Apple's photo picker. Sticky processes that image and any sticker text locally. Background removal also runs on your device. Sticky does not upload these images, text, or sticker files to our servers.

Saved stickers and a list of your creations live in a local App Group container shared by Sticky and its iMessage extension. This lets the same collection appear in both places. Sticker files may be included in backups managed by your device or Apple, depending on your settings; Sticky does not operate a separate backup or account-sync service.

When you share a sticker

If you send a sticker in Messages or export it through the share sheet, the selected content is shared with the recipient, app, or location you choose. Those services handle the shared content under their own practices. Check the destination before sharing private photos or conversation screenshots.

App Store purchases

Apple processes payments for the optional Good Chaos sticker set. We do not receive your payment-card details. Sticky uses Apple's StoreKit to read verified purchase entitlements and determine whether the set is owned. An ownership flag is stored locally so the Messages extension can show your purchased stickers. The app can restore purchases through Apple using your Apple Account.

Support emails

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive photos, private conversations, or payment-card details. Support emails are handled through our email provider and are retained only as needed to address the request and maintain support records. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence.

This website

This static website does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, contact forms, or application cookies. The hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. This operational processing depends on the deployed hosting service; it is separate from your on-device sticker library.

Your choices

You can delete custom stickers from your collection, export PNG copies, and stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app may remove its local sticker library; files you exported or shared remain wherever you saved or sent them. We cannot delete copies held by recipients or other services. Refunds and Apple Account data are managed through Apple.

Changes

If a later version adds ads, analytics, cloud storage, or other data processing, we will update this policy to describe the change. This policy describes the ad-free version 1.0 implementation.

Questions or requests

Email support@maneo.house with privacy questions or requests concerning information you sent us directly. We do not hold a server-side copy of your local sticker library.
